Némo Pop is an Australian barista whose award-winning recipe uses the Flow Control Filter Cap, a pressure-actuated valve that stops drip-through. For a faithful recreation, use a 200-micron sieve to remove microfines from the ground coffee.

Steps
| Place two paper filters in the cap and attach it to the brew chamber. | |||
| Add 70 g of 50ºC water to the cup. | |||
