Steps
| Place a dry Aesir filter in the cap and attach it to the brew chamber. | |||
| Add 18 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber. | |||
| Pour 140 g of hot water over the grounds. |  | 1:15 | |
| Stir 3 times. | |||
| Insert the plunger at the top of the brew chamber and lift up slightly to create a seal. Let steep. | |||
| Slowly press into the cup. Stop when you hear a hissing sound. |  | 0:30 | |
