Add 18 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber.

Pour 50 g of hot water over the coffee and let bloom.

Stir vigorously 32 times.

Pour an additional 92 g of hot water.

Place two paper filters in the cap and rinse with hot water.

Fasten the filter cap and let sit.

Flip the AeroPress onto a cup.
