WAC 2019 Runner-Up
This recipe starts out with a “pre-bypass”, adding hot water to the cup before brewing. By using both a metal and a paper filter, it produces an exceptionally clean, bright cup.

Steps
| Pour 110 g of hot water into the cup. | |||
| Insert one metal and one paper filter into the cap and rinse with hot water. | |||
| Add 35 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber. | |||
| Pour 100 g of hot water over the grounds. |
