This makes a larger serving that can be shared by two people. By first creating a concentrate and then diluting with water, the sweeter, fruitier components of the coffee are highlighted. If you have a refractometer, aim for a TDS of 4.5% in the concentrate.

Steps
Place a paper filter in the cap and rinse with hot water. | |||
Add 35 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber. | |||
Pour 150 g of hot water over the grounds. |
