WAC 2018 Runner-Up
This recipe uses two different grind sizes for a bit of flavor diversity. Add a sprinkle of very finely ground coffee towards the end of the extraction for that magical touch.

Steps
| Insert a paper filter in the cap and rinse with cold water. | |||
| Add 30 g of very coarsely ground coffee to the brew chamber. | |||
| Pour 100 g of hot water over the grounds. |

| Add 1 g of very finely ground coffee to the brew chamber. | |||
| Fasten the filter cap, flip, and press into a cup. |
