This recipe uses two different grind sizes for a bit of flavor diversity. Add a sprinkle of very finely ground coffee towards the end of the extraction for that magical touch.

Steps
Insert a paper filter in the cap and rinse with cold water. | |||
Add 30 g of very coarsely ground coffee to the brew chamber. | |||
Pour 100 g of hot water over the grounds. |

Add 1 g of very finely ground coffee to the brew chamber. | |||
Fasten the filter cap, flip, and press into a cup. |
