Steps
Insert a paper filter in the cap and attach it to the brew chamber. Place over a cup and rinse with hot water. Discard the rinse water. | |||
Add 16 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber. | |||
Slowly pour 225 g of hot water onto the grounds. |

Using a spoon, slowly stir the slurry front to back and left to right. | |||
Insert the plunger at the top of the brew chamber and lift up slightly to create a seal. Let steep. | |||
Slowly press into the cup. |
