Steps

Place a paper filter in the cap and rinse with hot water.

Add 15 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber.

Pour 60 g of hot water over the coffee. Twist the AeroPress as you pour to help saturate all the grounds.

Give a quick stir and let bloom.

Slowly add another 190 g of hot water and keep spinning as you pour.

Insert the plunger at the top of the brew chamber and lift up slightly to create a seal. Let steep.
