Steps
| Place two paper filters in the cap and rinse with hot water. Discard the rinse water. | |||
| Add 18 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber. | |||
| Pour 100 g of hot water using a fast, circular motion to saturate all the grounds. |

| Stir 5 times in a north-south, west-east pattern. |

| Fasten the filter cap and push out any excess air. Let steep. |

| Flip the AeroPress onto a cup. | |||
| Carefully swirl the AeroPress to mix and steep the coffee. | |||
| Slowly press into the cup. Stop when the output reaches 66 g. | |||
| Top up the brew with hot water to a final weight of 152 g. | |||
| Cool the brew down to 54ºC. |
