Steps

Place a paper filter in the cap and rinse with hot water.

Add 17 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber.

Pour 50 g of 83ºC water over the coffee.

Lightly agitate with the paddle and let bloom.

Very slowly add an an additional 220 g of 79ºC water.
