Steps
| Place a paper filter in the cap and rinse with hot water. | |||
| Add 17 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber. | |||
| Pour 50 g of 83ºC water over the coffee. |

| Very slowly add an an additional 220 g of 79ºC water. |
