This recipe requires the Fellow Prismo attachment. The goal is to mimic the Clover brewing system while being as simple as possible — the creator calls it an “anti-brew guide,” since it avoids the complicated steps of other AeroPress recipes.
|AeroPress + Fellow Prismo
100ºC or 212ºF
|Place a paper filter on top of the Prismo metal filter. Don't rinse the paper filter.
|Add 15 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber. It should be ground somewhere between the coarse end of espresso range to a single-cup V60.
|Pour 210 g of hot water using a fast, circular motion to saturate all the grounds.
|Insert the plunger and press into the cup.
