Steps
Place two paper filters in the cap and attach it to the brew chamber. No need to rinse the filters. | |||
Add 18 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber. Give it a shake to even out the grounds. | |||
Quickly pour 60 g of hot water into the brew chamber. |

Using the paddle, stir back and forth 10 times to saturate all the grounds. |

Stir back and forth, slowly working your way to the bottom and then back up again. |
