Steps

Add 18 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber. It should be ground on the finer side, about the consistency of table salt.

Give a gentle shake to level the grounds.

Pour 100 g of hot water over the grounds.

Stir a few times to saturate all the grounds.

Pour an additional 100 g of hot water and let steep.
