Steps
| Add 18 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber. It should be ground on the finer side, about the consistency of table salt. | |||
| Give a gentle shake to level the grounds. | |||
| Pour 100 g of hot water over the grounds. |  | 1:45 | |
| Stir a few times to saturate all the grounds. | |||
| Pour an additional 100 g of hot water and let steep. | |||
