A metal filter, such as the AeroPress metal filter or Able Brewing DISK Fine, is a must for this recipe.

Steps
| Add 21 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber. | |||
| Pour 100 g of hot water over the grounds. |  | 0:10 | |

| Stir a few times to saturate all the grounds. |  | 0:10 | |
| Pour an additional 100 g of hot water. |  | 0:15 | |

| Add more hot water until it almost reaches the top of the brew chamber, about 45 g. |  | 0:05 | |
| Fasten the filter cap with metal filter inserted. Place the cup on top. |  | 0:15 | |
