Mark Prince created this recipe to mimic the output of the Clover coffee maker, a single-cup brewer found in some Starbucks locations that costs over $11,000.
A metal filter, such as the AeroPress metal filter or Able Brewing DISK Fine, is a must for this recipe.

Steps
| Add 21 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber. | |||
| Pour 100 g of hot water over the grounds. |

| Stir a few times to saturate all the grounds. |

| Pour an additional 100 g of hot water. |
