Steps
Add 15 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber. Give it a shake to even bed. | |||
Add about 40 ml for bloom. | |||
Pour hot water over the grounds. Scale should read about 255. | |||
Stir in a back and forth motion from the complete bottom of the dripper all the way to top. | |||
Insert the plunger gently creating a seal. Remove from the scale and give it a swirl. |

Give the AeroPress another swirl and let sit for a while longer. |
