Steps

1	Grind and add coffee to the chamber. Flatten it out by giving a gentle shake to the AP.
2	Add 40 ml water and stir it back and forth 4 times to evenly soak the grounds.	1:00
3	Top up water to reach 255 grams and stir twice going from bottom to top. Let it rest.	3:30
4	Gently swirl the AP 4 to 5 times. Lightly insert the pluger and let it rest more.	3:30
5	Slow press into the cup.	1:00
