Steps
Add 15g ground coffee to the chamber, dark roast, medium to coarse grind (6 3/4 on my Krups grinder). Use a paper filter, no need to rinse. | |||
Pour 70g of hot water into the chamber and let it sit for 1 minute. |

Pour the remaining 180g of water into the chamber at a rate of about 60g every 15 seconds. |
