Medium Grind

Steps

1	Add 15g ground coffee to the chamber, dark roast, medium to coarse grind (6 3/4 on my Krups grinder). Use a paper filter, no need to rinse.
2	Pour 70g of hot water into the chamber and let it sit for 1 minute.	1:00
3	Pour the remaining 180g of water into the chamber at a rate of about 60g every 15 seconds.	0:45
4	Stir vigorously using the paddle for ten seconds.	0:10
5	Put the plunger in and press with medium force. Continue pressing through the hiss.
