Steps

Place on scales & add 20g of ground coffee to the brew chamber.

Slowly pour 60g of hot water over the grounds and let bloom.

Stir very vigorously to agitate the grounds.

Stop stirring, move AeroPress from scales to cup/shot glass and let steep.

Insert the plunger with a hard press, to compress the coffee puck, then, press consistently and firm all the way down to the bottom.
