Steps
Place on scales & add 20g of ground coffee to the brew chamber. | |||
Slowly pour 60g of hot water over the grounds and let bloom. | |||
Stir very vigorously to agitate the grounds. |

Stop stirring, move AeroPress from scales to cup/shot glass and let steep. |

Insert the plunger with a hard press, to compress the coffee puck, then, press consistently and firm all the way down to the bottom. |
