Steps

Add 15 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber. Give it a shake to even bed.

Add about 40 ml for bloom.

Pour hot water over the grounds. Scale should read about 255.

Stir in a back and forth motion from the complete bottom of the dripper all the way to top.

Insert the plunger gently creating a seal. Remove from the scale and give it a swirl.

Let it steep.

Give the AeroPress another swirl and let sit for a while longer.
