Steps
Add 20g of finely ground coffee (preferably darker roast) to the brew chamber. NOTE: use Prismo metal filter + a paper filter. | |||
Slowly pour ~80g of hot water over the grounds and let bloom for ~10s. | |||
Stir vigorously to agitate the grounds for ~30s. |

Stop stirring and let steep for ~90s. |

Insert the plunger with a hard press, to compress the coffee puck, then, press consistently and firm all the way down to the bottom. | |||
Add warmed milk (30s in microwave in jar, add lid and 30s shake, then lid off and 30s again in microwave). |
