1	Add 75 ml hot water to the coffee grounds and let bloom. Stir 3-5 times using paddle	0:20
2	Pour remaining 225ml water(upto 300 ml) slowly	0:40
3	Wait for 1 minute and then flip/invert the press	1:00
4	Swirl gently to unsettle grounds and then press	1:00
