Steps

1	Grind your coffee (quite coarse, about 34 clicks on a Comandante)
2	Pre heat your aeropress and server while rinsing the paper filter
3	Dump your ground coffee
4	Pour 130ml the 93c water and cap the aerofilter
5	Wait patiently until 2:30 (do not stir)	2:30
6	Flip and start pressing the AeroPress at 2:30 and finish at 4:00	1:30
